An overview of the editor Flying shear machine is a kind of shearing machine, the moving rolling piece of transverse shear. The flying shear machine is mainly used to shear medium and small billets, thin slab, small section steel (bar) and hot rolled and cold rolled strip steel (including coating). It is also used for cutting the edge of the plate cut off by the disc shearing machine (i.e. the edge breaker).
