2. Before operation, check whether the transmission, connection, lubrication and other parts of the equipment and protective devices are intact.

3. Discharge cooling water regularly to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system of the medium frequency welding machine.

4. Keep the machine clean and check the contact and insulation of each part. After use, cut off the power supply and stop the supply of compressed air and cooling water.

5. When the motor is repaired and the coil is replaced, the low voltage and high current of the pneumatic spot welding machine can be used to dry and dehumidify the stator and rotor coils to replace the drying box.

6. Pay attention to the condition of the equipment during use. During normal use, the equipment will emit stable exhaust, pressure, and discharge sounds. If the machine runs slowly, sluggishly, or makes abnormal sounds, the power supply should be cut off for inspection.

7. Adjust the appropriate welding parameters according to the workpiece to be welded. The welding current should not be too small or too small. Inappropriate welding current will increase the probability of weld defects.
